This place was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient for exploring the area, and even though the road wasn't too exciting, the spaciousness of the property made up for it. The two sitting areas with large flat-screen TVs were jaw-dropping, and the well-equipped kitchen with complimentary milk, butter, and eggs was a pleasant surprise. The modern and clean bathrooms were top-notch, and the view from the lounge was simply breathtaking. Plus, the short walk or quick drive into town was a breeze. The breakfast provided, which included eggs, milk, butter, and crumpets, was a fantastic way to start the day. And let's not forget the free wi-fi, free parking, and outdoor dining area - such great added bonuses! The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful. All in all, this place had all the facilities a family could dream of, and it was the perfect quiet getaway. Plus, they even allowed pets, and there was strictly no smoking on site. Highly recommend this place for an incredible stay!

This place is so stylish, like straight out of a magazine! The rooms are cozy, with a view of the gorgeous Arundel Cathedral. And guess what? There's not just one, but three bathrooms with bathtubs! Perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.

I personally found the dining area a bit small, but hey, that's just me. Others might still enjoy it!

The bathrooms were incredible! There were 3 of them and each one had a beautiful bathtub. I felt like a queen soaking in the tub every night.

Stayed at a "rental property" that's actually someone's home. Found mushrooms growing inside the doors, filthy shower head, uncomfortable beds, and had to strip them before leaving. Great experience, would not recommend.

The location of the property was perfect, allowing us to easily walk into the charming town of Arundel and explore the surrounding area. the property had plenty of room for everyone in our group and was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely helpful and even left some goodies for us upon arrival. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located accommodation in Arundel.

There were several disappointing aspects during our stay. The cleanliness of the property was subpar, with dirty floors and a filthy shower head.

The property was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious and clean, with nice decoration throughout. We especially loved the fact that there were lots of toys and things to keep the kids busy. the property had everything we needed and the staff were lovely and available when needed. The location was great, with parking available outside.

We found the beds to be rather uncomfortable and could have used some new mattresses. , there were a few cleanliness issues, such as a dirty kitchen floor and food around the downstairs coffee table.
